Why I Do This

Hi, I’m Joyce — a property agent based in Singapore, and more importantly, a mum of two. I didn’t start out in real estate. I started out just like many of my clients — trying to figure out the best move for my own family.

When my husband and I were planning our first upgrade, we were overwhelmed. CPF timelines, ABSD deadlines, loan options, schools, resale value… nobody explained things properly.

That’s when I realised: families like mine need agents who don’t just close deals — they need someone who actually cares enough to explain things clearly, map out the risks, and walk the journey with them.

So I became that agent.
